History When Heather was nine years old she and several classmates were the victims of a terrorist plot to extort nanotechnology from the Federation. The experience left a deep need in her subconscious to help people suffering an emotional need. Something of a child prodigy, Heather was accepted at the Institute of Psyhciatric Research when she was just 15 years of age. She received her Doctorate 4 years later and went on to recieve her Masters in Criminal Psyhcology and Sociology at the age of 22. Dr. Tremane is single and has no children.
