Description Caelan's meticulous attention to detail can at times drive a crazy man sane. A perfectionist, he strives to do everything just right. He has an unwavering sense of justice. His logic and common sense often mean that he sees the best solution to a problem without always understanding the emotional ramifications of said solution. History Caelan has spent eight years studying law at Cambridge and Oxford Universities. His studies include civil and criminal law as well as Intergalactic and Federation Law. He passed the bar exam on the first try and spent four years as a lawyer before he ended up as a Judge for the New Aries Colony. After the corupt government of the New Aries colony was ousted, Caelan served as the Intermin "Governor" until Cassandra Baines arrived. His previous position was that of Judge for the New Aries High Court. When the new "Governor" arrived he hoped to quietly retreat back to his courtroom and law books, but instead he was appointed to Attorney General where his uncompromising integrity has restored trust in the justice system... and earned him powerful enemies.
